My Memorable Holiday in Hong Kong with Mom As the leaves turned crisp and the air grew cooler, I embarked on a delightful adventure to Hong Kong with my mom. From November to December, our journey was filled with exploration, culinary delights, and cherished moments that brought us even closer together. Arrival and First Impressions Stepping off the plane, I was immediately struck by the vibrant energy of Hong Kong. The skyline was breathtaking, with towering skyscrapers and the iconic harbor glistening in the sunlight. We settled into our hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, a bustling area known for its shopping and stunning views of Victoria Harbour. After dropping off our bags, we headed to a nearby dim sum restaurant. The tantalizing aroma of freshly steamed dumplings welcomed us as we sat down to indulge in a traditional Cantonese meal.
